When you watch the #MLB All-Star Legends & Celebrity Softball Game tonight at 10pm EST on #ESPN, look for former MLB player #CurtisPride, who became the first full-season deaf player in the modern era of Major League Baseball. In fact, Pride led an impressive Major League Baseball career, which began in 1993 when he made his debut with the Montreal Expos. Thanks in part to Curtis’ father who sought advice from a #JohnTracyClinic audiologist, Curtis was fitted with hearing aids that would amplify his residual hearing as he pursued his future baseball career.
