Silvia
After participating in JTC’s Preschool International Session last year, alumni parent Silvia recounted her experience in a parent publication in Spain, describing the knowledge and skills that she and her family gained. “This trip has changed our lives forever,” she wrote, “not only because of the thousands of unforgettable moments we have lived, nor because of the many friends we take from around the world, but because it has opened a future full of hope for our little girl.”
In a letter to JTC this spring, Silvia shared that her experience at JTC had not only given her hope for her daughter Valeria but had left her family feeling stronger because they had joined with other parents from around the world to learn how to understand and advocate for their children’s needs.

Después de participar en la sesión preescolar Internacional de JTC el ano pasado, la madre de una exalumna, Silvia, relato su experiencia en una publicación de padres en España, describiendo los conocimientos y habilidades que ella y su familia ganaron. “Este viaje ha cambiado nuestras vidas para siempre”, escribió, “no solo por los miles de momentos inolvidables que hemos vivido, ni por los muchos amigos que tenemos de todo el mundo, sino porque nos ha abierto un futuro lleno de esperanza para nuestra pequeña niña.”
En una carta a JTC esta primavera, Silvia compartió que su experiencia en JTC no solo le había dado esperanza para su hija Valeria, sino que había dejado a su familia sintiéndose mas fuerte porque se habían unido con otros padres de todo el mundo para aprender a entender y abogar por las necesidades de sus hijos.
